Payment Options

Flint Hills RECA offers multiple options when it comes to paying your utility bill

1. You can sign up for Automated Bill Payment by printing this form, filling it out and sending it to us

2. Pay online from a computer by logging into our SmartHub (link is external) site

3. Pay online from a computer by using the "Quick Pay" (link is external) option (no need to log into the full website) 

4. Pay online from a mobile device (phone or tablet) by downloading the "SmartHub" (from National Information Solutions) app

5. Use our pay-by-phone automated system by calling (855-940-3884)

6. Pay by mail. Mail payment with return invoice stub to Flint Hills RECA, P.O. Box B, Council Grove, KS 66846

7. Pay with cash. We have 2 locations that can accept cash payments either in person or by using a drop box. These 2 locations are:

Grandview Plaza office hours are M-F 9a-5p.

Flint Hills Main office hours are M-F 8a-12pm, 1p-5p (Closed Noon-1:00 for lunch)
