Bill Pay Options

Flint Hills RECA has a couple of different options for you to pay your electric utility bill. You can pay by mail, drop payment in our drop box, go to our secure web site and pay online, or you can set up your account to have it paid by automatic bank draft each month.

To go online, just click the link below and create your user account. From here, you can view your bill, pay your bill, and view your account history. For questions on how to read your electric bill, click here for a sample explanation.

To enroll for automatic bank draft, click the link below, print and complete the form and mail it to our billing department. If you have any questions, please call the billing department at 620-767-5144.

Drop Box Locations

There are 3 locations for depositing bill payments:

1. Hillsboro - Flint Hills Warehouse, 414 S Cedar, Hillsboro KS.
This is a 24 hr drop box location. (View Map)

2. Grandview Plaza - Bus Station at 122 E Flint Hills Blvd.
Hours for payment are 8:30 - 1:00 and 3:00- 5:00 pm only. (View Map)

3. Council Grove - Flint Hills RECA main office at 1564 South 1000 Road, Council Grove KS 66846.
Office hours are 8-5 M-F.
There is also a 24 hour drop box. (View Map)
